I think the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. This is a great swim school for babies and children.

What about the Blue Dolphin Swim Center. It is getting a massive reputation for excellent service and quality results.

Adelaide Aquatic Centre North Adelaide. Olympic and Commonwealth Games swimmers train there...

State Swim at Golden Grove taught my kids, and now they are both accomplished swimmers - perhaps won't quite be fast enough for medal contention, but can hold their head out of water for hours
